"I love my skirt! It fits like a glove and it's actually a proper maxi length. I've never found a skirt that was the right length and shows off my mini curves. I'm 5'9" but petite (which doesn't really exist) so it's very difficult to find anything that fits.

I wore this to a gala event and felt so glamorous! When I initially saw the skirt I knew I wanted to add a long tail to it more dramatic but I wasn't sure how receptive the company would be in helping me make my vision come true. The customer service and production team are amazing women who totally helped me look fabulous and the extra fee was much less than I expected. ($15 for the consultation and redesign to add the tail) It would have cost me a fortune to have it made here. I couldn't have been more happy.

As a professional who wares hijab (and is on the curvier side) finding long business skirts that fit properly and look good is next to impossible. What really drew me in initially to Rita and Phil was the promise of a maxi pencil skirt with a pleated modesty vent. Their customer service was great throughout the entire process. They lead me through the process of taking the correct measurements. When I received my custom skirt I was beyond impressed! The quality was impeccable (blind hems, amazingly soft lining material, and a bonus hidden inside pocket). When I tried on the skirt, it was as if a 5 year fashion quest to find a well fitting modest skirt had finally come to a satisfying end. The best part about this entire experience is that I finally found a company and a product that could meet my needs as a curvy hijabi business professional. I can't wait too buy my next skirt!
