Step 2. TAKE MEASUREMENTS

WAIST
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of the waist. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground.
To find the waist, bend to the side – the waist is the point where the body bends. It is also usually at the elbow crease.
UPPER LEG
Wrap the tape around the widest part of the upper leg.
The tape should hug the thigh without being too tight.
WAIST TO KNEES
Measure from the natural waist to the knee crease. The waist is usually at the elbow crease.
The knee crease is at the center of the knee cap.
KNEE
Wrap the tape around the knee at the knee crease.
The tape should hug the knee without being too tight.
CALF
Wrap the tape around the largest part of the calf.
The tape should hug the calf without being too tight.
RISE
Measure from the natural waist on the front torso, to the natural waist on the back torso.
The tape should hug the body without being too tight.
PICTURES OF YOU
Please upload pictures of you wearing the same clothing that you wore when your measurements were taken. Make sure the pictures include the area from your neck down to your feet.
This will help us to understand your body type and create a better fit for you. We also compare these pictures with the measurements you gave us in order to double check the accuracy of the measurements.
