Our open floor plan combines the office space with the workshop: fostering a collaborative environment. After all, there’s no I in team :)
We encourage and train all team members on cross-functional skills. Our tailors help with social media marketing and our marketing and accounting teams have learned how to sew! We believe in sharing knowledge and skills so we can all improve… Win-Win! :)

Attend women’s leadership conferences to join the dialogue on women’s issues in the workplace. Weekly team meetings to discuss our current projects and share any pending issues that we need help with. Company-sponsored trips and retreats to let loose and have fun together as a team :)

We know that today’s busy woman has a lot on her plate (family, work, bills), yet she is still expected to look flawless from dusk till dawn. That’s why our philosophy is helping women through fashion.
Looking professional and put-together takes a lot of time and energy. We want to change that and give women back their time: creating timeless skirts for you that will make you feel and look amazing. When someone feels comfortable and confident in their clothes, they can focus on the things that really matter in life and at work.
Looks still matter when it comes to first impressions, especially in the business world. So, that’s why we offer complimentary styling sessions to help teach our customers about the most flattering or appropriate styles for their unique needs and preferences. It's your time to Dress For Success.
We hold events with local NGOs where we give away our samples and extra skirts that we have in our inventory. We love to support our community, and especially women, by providing garments and fabric to those who will make good use of them. Helping women succeed is the cornerstone of our organization. And it always will be.
Ethically and Socially Responsible
We know that the fashion industry is notorious for being wasteful and irresponsible. That's why we are determined to make a positive, meaningful, and long-lasting impact within our company and our community by becoming zero waste. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to streamline our footprint from production to shipping.
We have a zero-waste policy for our production process. For each skirt that we make, we take the excess scraps of fabric and repurpose them. Most recently we have been partnering with a local orphanage where we make and donate teddy bears for children in need. Giving back to our community is important to our entire team.
