I love skirts. Like, LOVE skirts! But, my shape makes it hard to find skirts that actually fit me well.

I love skirts. Like, LOVE skirts! But, my shape makes it hard to find skirts that actually fit me well. I have quite a few skirts that are okay, and I make them work. I might hide the waistband with a cardigan... or, I have a few skirts that I only ever wear with tights because the waistband fits but the hip area doesn't. I'm sure you can understand what I mean! My favorite style of skirt is the pencil skirt, but I rarely find one that looks good on me. I had resigned to the idea that pencil skirts just aren't for me, until Rita Phil contacted me about having a custom skirt made. Rita Phil is a new company that designs and sews custom skirts. You select the style, send them your measurements, and they send you a perfectly fitting skirt back to you! And I am not exaggerating on the 'perfectly fitting' part. When I got my skirt in the mail, I was (and still am) so impressed.

And not only does it fit, but I feel absolutely amazing. I feel so great in this skirt! I love the style, too. It will work for many different events. The neutral color will mix and match with my current wardrobe, and the fabric is seriously soft. I can't tell you how happy I am with my skirt.
