As you may guess, I would like to talk about one of the long-suffering key piece of every girl's closet - a classy black pencil skirt - the symbol of formal sexuality. During several years I've been asking myself: 'Why the heck do I need it??' Looking at celebrities and other bloggers wearing those sexy slim skirts, I was wondering, why did my own one always had wrinkles bellow my belly, it used to reveal any tiny imperfection of my body or turned around my waist, showing the zipper in front? Storing on the back of closet or giving away a lot of those skirts I finally make epochal decision: to tailor it!
At the first glance, it seemed to be very reckless - tailor a skirt online, relying only on the measurements of my body, but when I looked at myself in the mirror, wearing my new crispy tailored Rita Phil black pencil skirt - I was shocked.
Having a gap of 10 inches between my waist and hips, I usually have a trouble of fitting a simple jeans, but this sweetie was made just for me! You know this feeling, when something looks so good on you, that you eager to share your photo with your friends! Normally I don't post a review of clothing I buy and wear, but those guys are worth to be known, worth every single word of my admiration!
So going back to my question 'Why the heck do I need it??' Even not working in the office, I can create dozen of stylish looks, using black pencil skirt (with a sexy red lining) as a base, and add any blouse (from boho linen to printed silk one), or white t-shirt with blazer, or fluffy cardigan or even a oversize sweater, which definitely makes an outfit less formal. And the opposite: taking any casual/grunge clothing or shoes and finish with an elegant classy skirt.
