Their customer service is great. They walked me through the measuring process to make sure I did it correctly. The skirt came in the mail in the cutest little envelop and smelled so pretty. It fits me like a glove. I usually have a very hard time find a skirt that fits my waist and my hips.

It fits amazingly well and I love the polka dot pattern. I've never seen a pattern like this for a pencil in any store before.
